I'm trying to set up more than 5 servers (Ark with ASM through Steam) on one machine However, I can only get the servers to work that are on Query ports:
27015 | 7777
27016 | 7778
27017 | 7779
27018 | 7780
27019 | 7781
Anything I do after these, only allows me to join but now other server members. Example 27020 | 7782. All I can find is that Steam uses ports 27020-27050 for something else. I run a m.2 for my OS windows 10pro, and 3 1TB SSD in Raid 5 format. and 64 gb of ram as well as 8c/14t Ryzen & 2700x and it seems to run the 5 just fine with my higher powered internet as well. These servers are only private to a handful of people so I don't believe it is a hardware issue.
Do I need to install a Virtual Machine and try to mirror this but through a different IP? My router is a gaming nighthawk 12 and has the ability to do that, but seems like so much more work and afraid I don't know much about VM's. Someone point me into the right direction or link me to the correct thread as I cannot find this info. Hate asking, but I need some guidance please. Thank you
