Server Lore: With the conclusion of the battle between Nexu and Zemrar, neither side was making grounds on defeating the other. They both knew if this battle continued both sides would end up dying, with mira checking on akuma to make sure he isn't hurt, nexu stands up again to try and inflict a mortal wound on both the dragonkin and the ancient dragon he was trying to protect. The dragon knew the dragonkin couldn;t stop nexu once he attacked, she mustered up almost all of the strength she had and raised her hand towards the heavens and pulled down with great force. Looking at her confused nexu glazed up only to realize that a meteor almost as big as the island they stood upon was falling down on top of them, realizing she planned to kill everything on this island, nexu turned and dashed to protect mira and akuma from the meteor with all of his strength. He made it to them just as it collided with the island killing and destroying everything that the sun touched. Mountains crushed flat, trees burnt to nothing more than ash, creatures and people either died to the heat, the crushing size of it or the world they knew crashing down on them. The sky filled with ash and dust, nexu emerged from the rubble checking to make sure mira and nexu were both alive, they were but they were both knocked out. He studied the landscape realizing nothing beside himself had survived, until he looked towards the sky as he witnessed the dragon Zemrar using the very last of her strength to carry the dragonkin acnologia off. He didn't have the strength to follow and even if he did he couldnt leave his followers behind, he knew he would find her again. No matter how long it would take him. Nexu sat down and drifted into unconsciousness. Awakened only days later, realizing akuma and mira were making sure he was sleeping while he regained his strength. With nothing left on this island they left in search of the dragon and her kin, he needed to kill them, he needed to make sure she was slayed and anyone who would follow her. Years passed by land mass after land mass searched from one end of the world to the other. Finally after about five years of searching he came upon something he never thought he would see a strong mage turned liche. Truly a sight he has never seen, this liches name was Ashvok, of course because this mage deemed himself the strongest, he could sense the power flowing through Nexu and challenged him to a battle. The battle was over quickly Ashvok’s power was nothing more than a drop of water in a bucket compared to Nexu’s power. The liche in awe of his power swore to serve and follow this man, this powerful being, this creature known as Nexu. He did ask one favor from his new master before he followed him anywhere, he simply asked for Nexu to help him rid his home of a creature of equal strength to nexu, a dragon named Zemrar. Akuma roared, Mira chuckled and Nexu smiled for that was a name he hadn't heard in years. He found her finally after such a long time searching, Ashvok confused at the response from the three, Mira explained to the liche as to why they all reacted like the way they did. The liche let out a demanted laugh and only said one word “Perfect”. Nexu looked towards the mountains excited to finally he was getting even closer to finishing the mission his master had entrusted to him. She couldn’t be let to live any longer than she already has, Nexu felt something he hasn't felt in ages he felt thrill, a battle between the strongest was within reach and it needed to end soon before more had to lose their lives and suffer. But he knew she wasn't the only strong thing on this island; he could feel other creatures near the strength, if not stronger than Ashvok also walked on this island. Whose side would they choose if this once the battle started, would they stand with or against him. He also wondered whose side will you take? Will you fight for your home to stand at the end or will you turn your back on everything you know and fight against it. Be Careful on which path you choose to follow, it could lead to either your upheaval to be cheered for or even your downfall.
