Cant Install the latest version of my server (epic games)

Since the new update came out i cant install the latest version of my server, when i do it gives me an error saying: "Mods were not processed as server update had errors", i checked the server manager error logs and found this:
"27.9884 SetDirectoryOwnershipForAllUsers. Some or all identity references could not be translated.

I need some help trying to solve this problem
