hello, I have a problem when I try to open my ark server, when I try to open the program's ip, my server doesn't respond and no one can enter only me, but when I open it from the local ip, the server opens but it weighs a lot for my computer when I do this, does anyone have any idea what I can do to solve it?

I'm not sure what you mean by "the program's ip" because the IP address only relates to the device, not a program or application. If I had to guess, you don't have your port forwarding set up correctly. The IP address for the server is whatever the IP address is for the computer that it's on. So you will need to make sure the ports are forwarded to that computer's IP address. ASM should pick up your public IP automatically so that shouldn't be an issue.
