Hello,

I've lots of issues restoring maps and game context ( player & linked engams levelsà after a from scratch ASM réinstallation...

I've requested a map restoration,

i've retrieved on map dynos, buildings but i've lost y player engams en xp levels...

almost once connected, i'm not able to... move my player...

I've currently lost months of game...

Is existing an clear and easy procedure to folllow granting map and full context recovering without data loosed?
