Discord and can't reply on threads (SOLVED)

Hi all , I wasn't sure where to ask these questions :

1. Where can I find ASM's discord link ? ( I read in another thread that there is a Discord for ASM ) EDIT: I found it.
2. On these forums , I can not reply on threads. I wanted to reply to someone but don't have any reply option. Why could that be ?
