Hello guys,
i am trying set up an dedicated ARK-Server with the ARK Server Manager on an Windows Server 2016 and 2019. I followed the instructions on this site and on sites which reference on this site. The specific ports are open (Local Firewall, Router) and my friends can connect from Steam. The server ist visible there in the server list. The problem is, that the server ist not visible in the Epic server list and i can not connect with open ip:port over an singleplayer game. Both times, trying to connect via public and private ip address i get an authentication error message and am kicked out of the session. Don't know why... maybe someone has any tipps for me. Server should be set up properly, otherwise it would not work with steam. Eventually only some paramteres for the server are missing or false. I tried really every possible combination.
Crossplay ist active and no Server password is set. This ist my command: ShooterGameServer.exe TheIsland?listen?MultiHome=<someip>?Port=7777?QueryPort=27015?MaxPlayers=10?AllowCrateSpawnsOnTopOfStructures=True -crossplay -NoBattlEye -servergamelog -nosteamclient -game -server -log
Pls help.
Thanks in advance.

Try enabling the public IP for Epic, outside of that Epic has been problematic for many admins. You can try setting up a port specific rule for the server port in addition the application rules ASM generates automatically in the firewall.

Hi, I'm having a similar problem.
I have found out, that even on the same PC if you don't set a password for the server, it is not visible in the Epic Games list.
If I set a password, there is no problem I restart the server and it already appears in the list
How can I make it appear without a password?
Edit:
I have discovered that if from Epic I open a single game, and in the console I put open ip: port, it takes you to the server without problems. But you have to do it every time you want to enter

I answer to myself, after deleting the server several times, leaving everything as usual, and when removing the password, look for the server by the type of map and the name if it appears.
It is more a matter of the server search engine than of ASM
Sorry for my impertinence
