I have five maps on ark server manager. All the ports have been forward correctly on router as they can be seen on Steam Servers and up on Battlemetrics. I have the cluster ID on all five maps the same, enabled transfers, and cluster directory override clicked. The problem is that I was able to transfer in between server five days ago, and starting yesterday the maps are not showing up when I go to an obelisk. It shows" no sessions found". On asm, all the servers are running and available. Will someone please inform me what I am doing wrong? I am sorry if the post does not have enough information as this is my first post.
Thank you!

There has been update. My friend is able to see the other servers in the cluster at the obelisk. My character on the other hand is not able to find any sessions. How do I go about correcting it so that my character is able to transfers servers? As I said in my first post, I was able to transfer in last five days but I am not able to as of yesterday

One thing I saw in your config; you should not have anything entered in the alternate save directory. It sounds like your have an issue with loopback. Have you made any changes on your router? Are you playing from the same machine as you are hosting?

I will get that changed for all the servers. I did change internet providers which they changed out the modem from the one that I was using. My router is a nighthawk 6700v2 which i believe does have loopback capabilities. I know that with my original modem I made no changes to it and I was able to see the cluster. I do not know much about loopback.

Transfers use your public IP so if your router does not support loopback you will be unable to transfer. Many ISP's use custom firmware and disable loopback support. There may be an option to turn it back on but you would have to review your router settings.

Is it possible to set ASM to run off a static ip address, port the static ip through router and then be able to do transfers?

Not with consumer grade hardware like the Nighthawk. Do you host and play from the same machine? If not you could use a VPN on your client machine which will allow you to transfer. If you are using the same machine your only option is to either enable loopback on your router, if you own the router I believe the nighthawk routers support custom firmware that might enable loopback or at least give you the option to enable it. Outside of that would be to purchase a router that supports loopback.
