We want new player experience to be fun so we are going to look down upon griefing low level players and small tribes (Give them a chance for better PvP in the future)
Also cave blocking for now we are against - but in the future as more players turn to PvP I may allow this depending on population of server and resource collection.
Will be taking feedback from players to tweak settings as we go along if need be.
