After my PC Crashed ASM did not launch

So my PC crashed and I when I launched it just didn't open, so I restarted my PC and it still didn't open. I looked through the posts on the forum and tried the following solutions:
1. unzipped the latest.zip file within the ASM folder as well as unzipping it from outside the folder.
2. Using the uninstall in the ASM folder and then reinstalling it
3. Moving the profile outside of the profile folder so it doesn't see it
4. Moving some config file in appdata (saw from some microsoft post)
5. Restarting PC
6. Download .Net Framework 6 (I think its the newest one)

The only thing that did SOMETHING was number 1 which was replacing files. ASM managed to open but I heard a windows error noise and saw the ASM window but it said there was an error and told me to post it here.

This had happened before and I reinstalled ASM (which isnt working this time) and SteamCMD (Which takes too long, so I'm looking for other solutions).
