redoom,

Waiting for publication means that ASM cannot access your server using your public ip.
This is normally caused by
1. your port forwards are not set correctly
2. you are not able to access your server using your public IP. You would need to have something like NAT loopback feature on your router/modem.

Because we need to answer NEW questions. Asking questions that have already been answered takes time away from developing ASM into the best server manager possible.
