Yes, the crossplay option is in the administration section - server options
Waiting for publication means that ASM is unable to access your server using the public ip, this can be caused by 1. your port are not forwarded correctly 2. your modem/router/switch is not able to provide NAT loopback so you can access your server via the public ip.
Are you able to login to your server using the local IP? Are external players able to access your server using the public ip?
Waiting for publication does not mean you are unable to connect to your server, it just means that ASm cannot do it.
If you are able to connect internally and others can connect to your server externally, then everything is setup correctly.
If you enable CROSSPLAY, you may have to enable to 'Enable Public IP for EPIC' setting so that EPIC player can join your server. I do not run my server with CROSSPLAY, so I am not familar with the EPIC client.
Because we need to answer NEW questions. Asking questions that have already been answered takes time away from developing ASM into the best server manager possible.
