Hi, I did review the FAQ here : arkservermanager.freeforums.net/thread/1194/faq-frequently-asked#37. I did read the section about cluster before posting. And when I try to join my other map, the ''Join with survivor'' button is greyed out. I have the exact same configuration for both servers. Following the FAQ, I did setup those config : Admin Section of ASM: 1. Create a Cross-ARK data Transfer ClusterID (unique to you and no special characters; i.e \ / : * ? " < > |) 2. Place a check mark in Cluster Directory Override Rules Section of ASM: 3. Place a check mark in Enable Tribute Downloads 4. Place a check mark in No Transfer from Filtering I was able to join the other server, somehow but my charatcer was missing and it was asking me to create a new character. I loaded the map, click on the spawn region I wanted, then it took me back to the character creation page. I'm thinking it could be because the server is protected by password but I could join somehow earlier and now the option is greyed out. Thank you for you replies.

ricktehboss , Are you connecting to the server via LAN, or using the internal IP to connect to your server? It is my understanding that LAN players are still unable to use the transfer between servers feature. The way I have to connect to my server is using the Public IP, and I had to enable the Nat Loopback on my router for this to work. All external people were able to transfer without issues. Are you able to check if an external person can transfer between your servers? Also, you need to remove the password protection and use the exclusive join.

I'm using a VPN to play ARK since you're right, you can't transfer between servers via LAN. I tried with an external user and the Join with survivor option is still greyed out. Also, do you have the guide really quick for the exclusive join? I've never use this configuration before. Best regards,

ricktehboss, All you do is check the box to enable it and click the add button. When the form opens, just enter in the steamid of the player and click OK. It should then try to resolve the steamid to a player. You can add as many as you like

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I did enable the Exclusive Join and remove the server password. Now for some reason I get Connection Timeout on my 1st server. Also the button to Join with survior is still greyed out. Unfortunately I can't set up the NAT Loopback on my router as my ISP does not support it yet.
I must mention here that the transfer was working before checking the ''Enable cluster override directory''. The only thing not working was when clicking on a region to spawn, instead of spawning my charcter it was bringing me back to the character creation menu.
As far as I know, not only myself, but anyone playing the server can't transfer from the 1st map to the 2nd map. In my opinion, we can remove the NAT Loopback as a solution.
Best regards,

Hi,
I've managed to fix the issue. I deleted the whole 2nd profile and the installation folder and create a new one. Now my cluster works and I can fully transfer between the 2 maps.
Thank you for your help and you can now close this thread.
Best regards,
