We have tried the server but unfortunately there are some bad established high level players which are hostile against new players. Long story short, me and my buddies as soon we joined in we got picked up and dropped to our deaths by birds repeatedly. We had no chance to even start anything, the high players involved were saying that they do that so nobody new joins to prevent the server from lagging.
TLDR: If you are really looking for new players I suggest some house cleaning first.

There are admins on that would have taken care of the problem instantly if you reached out in global chat. As far as I know, you also posted 1 week ago with false information on ArkServers.Net saying lvl 271+ players are killing new players and other false accusations. First of all, there are no players over lvl 260 even right now. 2nd of all, this is a PVP server. If you can't find a way to hide from other players when the map is so big, this is the wrong game for you.

Toxic community, killed by lv.271+ players repeatedly as soon we joined in and have everything destroyed, tames killed and so on. Said players were bragging that they do that so nobody joins to reduce lag on the server.
If I was you, I would stop writing fake things.

Bad server... They ban me because i was doing pvp on pvp server... For them pvp is raid a base with 30 turrets and infinite ammo.... You can't kill random players "without any good reason"... They banned me for grieffing, because i was killing random players and i didnt got killed.. On top of this they accused me of killing an Admin Bronto for an event and that was completly false and they used /kill command on me.... It's by far the worst pvp server i went and the only one that banned me for grieffing *cough* PVP *cough*... in fact it's not a pvp server if you can't kill other players...

You will not make any progress on their Savage Land server. Admins do not enforce their rules. They Reward griefers. Day one spawns are allowed to be griefed. Our community had high hopes for this server. we wanted good fights but that will never happen here. Just like Rogael.
Also the level 271 player was clearly the mounts of said player. Same happened to our community. We love to pvp but in a game like this you cant compete if your smashed day one.
