Yes, that is part of the new UI redesign which is in process. I only just today got some of the theme files integrated so I am hopeful I can start making progress on that.

I was getting the same error as Tim, but after going through the fix you gave, the manager seemed to open fine. Now though when I try to actually start the server, the server crashes and I get this monstrous error message (it wasn't copy-pasteable in the error message so I had to have one-note convert it to text, sorry if there's some typos):

Thought I'd let you know what I've run ASM on with no problems from ASM it self just ark and pretty much every other UE 4 Server.

I've been on Windows 10 for about a week. No real issues. I can't speak for system improvements as I also added 4GB of memory around the same time.
