In Ark Server Manager I would add to the command line: ?MultiHome=YourAzureIPaddress (could try your full servername like [name].eastus.cloudapp.azure.com) remember on the command line that you need to add a space before you type if you don't have anything else there. I have a code fix for it as soon as I get a response back from the dev team on my previous post
In Azure, click the Server name you created that has the Shield on it under the All Resources menu item. it will show you your Network Security Group information. In the far right vertical stab strip with the settings you'll see Inbound security rules and outbound security rules.
It's already preconfigured to allow you remote access for MSTSC, but you'll need to add all your ports for ARK in both inbound and outbound.
given your screens you need to setup both inbound and outbound for 20715 and 7778. if you enable RCONT then you'll need to setup that port as well.
Tips on setting it up
1. Inbound - Source port range: *, Destination Port Range: 7778 2. Inbound - Source port range: *, Destination Port Range: 27015 3. Inbound - Source port range: *, Destination Port Range: 27020 (for RCON if that's the port you want to use)
1. Outbound - Destination port Range: *, Source Port Range: 7778 2. Outbound - Destination port range: *, Source Port Range: 27015 3. Outbound - Destination port range: *, Source Port Range: 27020 (for RCON if that's the port you want to use)
Hope this helps

Sry for my late answer. Description (howto) is for the new portal.azure.com First: English isn't my mother language. Sorry if something isn't correct. If you have questions, just ask. If the Server is a Classic version, then just click on the VM. Then you can see the menu button for endpoint settings on the Right. Click on it. Now you can Select Add on the upper region. Here we go, there you can setup the ports. Screenshot:
Now to the part for non-classic VM. It's a littlebit different. First select your VM, then click on Network interface. There you select your interace. Then click on Network Security Group. Screen:
There you need to select your group, 3 tabs will open. On the third, you can select Inbound and Outbound. Chose the inbound and click add. Here you can setup your ports. Outbound isn't needed to get a working package flow. But you can set there also the same ports if you want.

I think the FAQ is the single longest post on the forum
Please check the FAQ We need to answer NEW questions. Asking OLD questions takes time away from making ASM into the best server manager.
When creating a new thread include your SUPPORT.ZIP (yellow button) because we WILL ask for it to rule out problems.
