Hello lately there has been a ton of thread stealing or hijacking as you could say in order to help the original poster I have enabled a plugin that only allows staff and the op to reply to post made in the tech support section. this will put a little-added weight to the staff so bare with us. if you are a member who likes to help we are not trying to discourage you by all means pm them and try to help there. I will also see if i can get cliff around to make another group called helper /or along those lines who will also be able to comment in those sections and members can request to join and will be granted based on overall forum participation.

due to the onslaught of private messages from new users who pm instead of creating a topic i have enabled a needed post count of 25 before users can send private messages
